Care that keeps checking on you.
Weight-loss medication is easy to find online. A physician-led plan that watches how you're doing is not.
- A clinician decides, every time.
- A licensed clinician reviews your history before anything is prescribed, and again before every refill.
- The lowest dose that works.
- Your clinician starts low and adjusts only when your check-ins call for it, so side effects stay as mild as possible.
- You pay only if you're approved.
- Every price is shown before you start, and your card is charged only after a clinician approves you.
- People who answer.
- Message your care team anytime and hear back within 24 hours.

Every program includes a clinician's review, medication if prescribed, your Horizon Strong Plan, a check-in every four weeks and messaging with your care team. Nothing is added on top.
Charged only after a licensed clinician approves you. The lower first month comes with monthly refills; cancel anytime, for any reason, with nothing to repay. To cancel, message your care team in your patient portal before your next refill is processed. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy in Utah; they are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Good questions.
Am I charged if I don't qualify?
No. Your card is charged only after a licensed clinician approves you. If treatment isn't right for you, you aren't charged, and your clinician can suggest other options for weight loss.
Where does the medication come from?
HZN prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, prepared for you by a licensed compounding pharmacy in Utah and shipped to your door. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, for any reason, with nothing to repay. To cancel, message your care team in your patient portal before your next refill is processed, and you never owe the months you don't use.
Do you take insurance?
HZN is self-pay, so there's no insurance to deal with. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we can give you a receipt for your records.
